How does Setu work?

Setu is built on the Jugalbandi AI, an open access platform made specifically to address access to information gaps.

The Setu Chatbot will be available for anyone to use on messaging platforms such as, WhatsApp and Telegram, where one can ask elementary legal questions and can get real-time responses in their language, and also in voice note, if they prefer so.

The Chat bot will be able to converse with the user in 22 different Indian languages, both in text and in voice notes.

Setu's pilot project covers all areas relating to women's rights at workplace, which is considered a complex area with multiple legislations, both at the federal and state level. In the coming months, we aim to cover other areas as POCs.

In its final form, Setu is an accelerator that can help anyone to build their own chatbots, for various use cases, by providing them with support on technology, legal and business advisory.
